hair story

Rachel’s career began when she was 16 years old with a passion and drive to help people look and feel their absolute best.

Rachel completed cosmetology during her senior year of high school, obtaining her license before graduation. Leaving her part-time after-school job she began working in a salon as an assistant stylist/apprentice while she finished her last year in high school. Once graduated, she began working as a full-time stylist.

With over 15 years in the industry, Rachel has gained first-hand knowledge and experience in changing the way people see themselves, seeing women become more and more confident in their appearance is something that she will forever cherish.

Rachel takes pride in remaining exclusive to a smaller clientele, with her focus being on quality over quantity, investing her time and attention into each client and relationship.

AT HOME

Away from the salon Rachel enjoys being with her family and close friends.

Rachel and her husband Roger have been married for over 10 years and have a little boy named Preston.

When the craziness calms down, they enjoy the simple things, being outdoors and enjoying nature, movies and snuggles, building legos, or sometimes furniture. They love rainy days, impromptu adventures, and at times, doing absolutely nothing.

Together they developed an aesthetic based on their lifestyle without compromising style. They enjoy art and building things for their home, creating an environment that is truly unique to them.

“At home, we are all about simplicity, functionality, neutral tones, and organic textures. I love art in all of its forms, I love shape and texture, and I admire and appreciate clean lines and modern architecture with a brutalist yet laid-back kinda vibe. I am all about a timeless and effortless style. I carry that same aesthetic in all that I do. There is something so freeing and calming when we focus on the kind of impact our surroundings have on us.”
