Policies

  • No children under the age of ten allowed in the salon unless receiving a service, the service cannot be performed during a parents’ chemical service. Due to limited space, we ask that you do not bring any guests with you for your appointment. Only one guest will be allowed in the studio, any others will be asked to wait in the lobby.

  • All cancellations and rescheduling require 48 hours notice. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled under 48 hours will result in a 50% service fee charge. No shows will be charged the full service amount
